Oklahoma State junior Sinclaire Johnson won her 1,500-meter quarterfinal heat in a personal-best 4:09.50 at the West Regionals in Sacramento, Calif. Johnson led three Oklahoma State athletes, the most of any school, in advancing to the national semifinals June 6 in Austin, Texas.
