Sinclaire Johnson Champion Women's 1500m - NCAA D1 Outdoor Championships 2019

Oklahoma State junior Sinclaire Johnson won the women's 1,500-meter title in a lifetime-best 4:05.98 at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships in Austin, Texas. Johnson, who elevated to the No. 2 all-time collegiate performer, became the first Oklahoma State female athlete to win the 1,500 crown since Natalja Piliusina in 2013. Johnson and defending champion Jessica Hull of Oregon, who took second in 4:06.27, both achieved the IAAF World Championships standard.
