Ariane Ballner, Kaytlyn Larson, Jenny Martinez and Molly Sughroue led Oklahoma State to victory in the women's distance medley relay in 11:15.18 at the 110th Drake Relays at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa. Oklahoma State won its third title in five years, completing the sweep of the 4x800, 4x1,600 and distance medley relays again, joining 2015 and 2017.
